Endodontics
Endodontics plays a pivotal role in preserving natural teeth by addressing issues related to the dental pulp and root canals. Often referred to as the "tooth-saving" specialty, it involves procedures like root canal therapy to treat deep decay, cracks, or infections that could otherwise necessitate tooth extraction. With advancements in microsurgical techniques and enhanced imaging tools, endodontists can provide more accurate diagnoses and minimally invasive treatments.
