He head the Talent Acquisition & Optimization (TAO) division as the Chief Talent Officer with Clinical Excel Computech where they emphasize the importance of strategically hiring using evidence-based practices. Outside of work, he’ve created the Chief Psycho community as a resource for learning to increase self-awareness and further the importance of creating safe and trusting workplaces.
